This company is ridiculous! They "say" they sent info regarding an increase on escrow account, but funny I receive everything else but that so I try to make my "regular" payment that I have had for 6 months since I have been "bought" by this horrible company and they tell me I can't make a partial payment.'s not partial it's a payment minus the $135 that you didn't bother to inform me of...I'm so over this company! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The costumer service department is not friendly at all and does not even want to help. Every time you call it's well do you live in the home and intend to stay - 'No I want to make a payment on a home that I don't live in or want to keep?' Over their nonsense!

Product or Service Mentioned: Selene Finance Home Loan.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: notify people by phone of price increase.

I didn't like: Simply they do not care about homeowners, Are unreasonable disgustingly, Should not be permitted to service mortgages.
