They started servicing my account in November of 2016.I was in the middle of an insurance claim and I spoke directly to someone handling my account for the first time September 2, 2017.
Reps are rude, you call one number and you get bounced around the country! They don't respond timely they attempt to make clients loose their homes!
They should not be in business at all!!!You receive info you already have and they won't communicate, "Pursuant to our conversation on June 12, 2015 we agreed to ....." They need their license revoked.
