I was a Taylor Bean and Whitaker customer and my mortgage was sold to Bank of America who in turn sold my mortgage to Selene Finance. I have experienced nothing but rude representatives who talk over you, this must be an acceptable practice because when I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor was even more condescending and rude.
Apparently customer service is not what they do! Every time I call I get a different answer. None of the customer service representatives know anything about providing good customer service. It appears that they do not care!
I was even told by Kenneth Ramsey one of the supervisors that I could not speak with anyone else about my dissatisfaction because that is the highest level my call could go, even if my dissatisfaction was with him.
